My client, within their Autonomous Solutions division, is seeking an adaptable, strategic, and collaborative Vice President of Human Resources. Reporting to the CFO and Executive Vice President of Corporate Services and part of the Executive team, you will serve as a key business partner, responsible for leading our division’s HR strategy and operations.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to drive growth, enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, and cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
- Lead global HR operations to deliver optimal employee experiences and achieve operational excellence.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the global HR team to ensure goal achievement and foster their ongoing growth and development.
- Advise the Executive team on people and organizational matters.
- Contribute to the development and execution of global HR leadership team objectives across all their divisions.
- Participate in M&A activities by offering HR expertise from due diligence to integration.

**Qualifications:**
**Must Have:**

- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience encompassing multiple HR disciplines, including at least 5 years in an executive management role.
- International HR experience with a comprehensive understanding of employment law and best practices.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects and change initiatives.
- Strong consulting and coaching abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 20 – 30% of the time.
