• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace consulting, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong technical expertise in aerospace systems, propulsion, aerodynamics, avionics, or other relevant areas.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and develop innovative solutions.
