Position Title: Senior Satellite Operations Engineer
Reports to: Satellite Engineering Manager
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday from 7am to 3pm
Where: Doha, Qatar
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Business Process Specialist:
- Develop and maintain all business processes defined in the CONOPS.
- Develop and maintain tasks defined within each business process.
Operations Specialist:
- Prepare Payload and bus reconfiguration.
- Develop Satellite Operations Procedures.
- Validate Satellite Operations Procedures.
- Support Monitoring & Control Specialists during Critical Operations.
- Support Trend Analysis Request.
- Develop tools to support operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or relative discipline.
- 7 years or more of similar experience as a Satellite Operations Engineer.
- Deep understanding of Satellite Platform and Payload Engineering.
- Knowledge of AOCS, Thermal Subsystem, TCR, Data Handling, Power Supply, Telecommunication Payload.
- Knowledge of Satellite Monitoring and Control systems.
