Job Description: We are seeking Senior AI Engineers to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have a passion for cutting-edge AI for robotics and multimodal perception, with hands-on expertise in various domains including real-time computer vision, robotics, generative AI, transformers, statistical machine learning, natural language processing, control/navigation, and reinforcement learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into AI/ML model requirements, particularly related to multi-modal perception and robotic applications.
  • Prepare data for training and evaluating AI/ML/DL models.
  • Build AI/ML/DL models using state-of-the-art algorithms, especially transformers, and deploy them in production.
  • Test, evaluate, and benchmark the quality of AI/ML/DL models.
  • Deploy containerized applications on cloud or on-premises environments.
  • Establish continuous learning pipelines for models with online learning or transfer learning.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to refine model quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • MS degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, machine learning, robotics, physics, computational science/engineering, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of software development experience with Python, Java, and/or C/C++ programming skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, ONNX Runtime, and TensorRT.
  • Hands-on expertise in traditional statistical machine learning techniques, deep learning, and natural language processing modeling.
  • Experience with containers, numeric libraries, and modular software design.
  • Background with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in building, programming, and integrating software and hardware for autonomous or robotic systems.
  • Proven experience in producing computationally efficient software to meet real-time requirements.
  • Experience with solving and using machine learning for large-scale problems.
  • Strong analytical, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor AI engineers and software developers.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
