What You'll Be Doing:
- Architecting Solutions: Design and architect integrations for both new and existing customers, ensuring that our product is tailored to meet their technical and business needs.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee the implementation of customized solutions to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the implementation process and assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation and training materials for customers.
- Team Coordination: Align customer timelines and requirements with internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project progression and resource availability.
- Feedback and Optimization: Act as a liaison between the customer and software development teams to address technical issues and enhance the product based on customer feedback.
Tech Skills:
- Integration Technologies: Proficient in integration platforms and APIs, with a strong understanding of RESTful services and middleware.
- Programming Languages: Knowledge of Python is highly advantageous.
- Systems Engineering: Familiarity with both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Tools and Platforms: Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Soft Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex technical details clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capability to handle high-pressure situations.

Background Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a solutions engineering, software engineering, technical program management, or similar role, with proven experience customer-facing activities.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the aerospace, SaaS, or related industries is highly desirable. Understanding of compliance requirements for commercial and U.S. government projects is a plus.
- Certifications: Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
