Senior Machine Learning Engineer

EVONA are partnered with an exciting start-up who are currently seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. The companies purpose is to create a search engine, which will enable anyone to discover various levels of information about Earth! Whether you are an individual or a company, you'll be able to access a huge amount of data which was previously reserved only for technical experts. Their database includes satellite imagery, 3D scans and much more!

An incoming Senior ML Engineer would be responsible for solving various AI/ML problems, including model design, implementation, and learning on the cutting-edge of the industry. You would be working across the full lifecycle, from concept to completion, and bringing new, fresh ideas and techniques which will improve their product. 

Responsibilities:

• You’ll use your expertise in a variety of NLP areas such as LLM, NLU/NLG, tokenization, lemmatization, entity classification, LDA, POS, etc
• You’ll define key system metrics and data you need to develop models effectively
• You’ll work collaboratively with the team and foster an agile MLOps culture
• You’ll contribute to advanced algorithms that transform data and relational graphs into interpretable information 

They are looking for:

• 5+ years experience in AI/ML
• You are able to work effectively in a fast paced, start-up environment
• You are collaborative, whilst also being able to work independently when required
• You have a strong customer oriented mindset, and drive to focus on what a customer truly wants
• You have hands on experience with building NLP Applications
• You are proficient in PyTorch or TensorFlow, as well as Python, C or C++
• You are able to train and tune models
• You are experienced with data taxonomies, data correlation, and recommendation engines
