Position Overview

As a member of the HR team at our client, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's future by nurturing a high-performance culture, ensuring that employees are engaged, motivated, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities

  • Utilize data to plan and implement strategic HR initiatives and act as a consultant to managers and employees on general HR activities.
  • Lead the execution of talent activities in partnership with our HR centers of excellence, including merit planning, promotion processes, performance management, and open enrollment.
  • Champion DEI&B initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
  • Foster change leadership, act as an HR brand ambassador, and drive culture by caring for our team members, vendors, and customers.
  • Analyze HR metrics, exit interviews, and engagement surveys to recommend action plans for improving employee retention and engagement.
  • Conduct leadership assimilation and team-building activities to foster alignment and high-performing teams.
  • Manage employee benefits offerings in conjunction with brokers, vendors, and HR leadership.
  • Ensure fair and consistent interpretation and application of company policies, practices, and procedures to maintain a people-first culture.
  • Assist in managing company organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, and staffing levels.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate corrective action.
  • Drive Learning, Development, and Training initiatives in coordination with our client's strategy and program needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory concerns related to the HR function.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to ensure timely filling of positions.
  • Support HR integration activities related to newly acquired businesses.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll team to process timely and accurate payroll on a bi-weekly basis.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience in a federal government contracting environment.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and corporate systems supporting them (e.g., HRIS, Benefits, Recruitment).
  • Ability to analyze data for data-driven decision-making.
  • Attention to detail and quality-oriented.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
  • Good understanding of development and change management life cycles.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors and/or UKG) and MS Office applications.
