EVONA is seeking a Senior Flight Software Engineer for a well-known LEO satellite new-space company, providing mission and data critical constellations across the globe

As a Flight Software Engineer, you’ll help lead the development and architecture of critical flight software and systems, for various and brand-new LEO satellites.


Flight Software Engineer Responsibilities: 

  • Develop flight software for inflight computers and other critical spacecraft hardware.
  • Collaborate with the Electrical and Hardware division to seamlessly integrate software solutions
  • Configure RTOS, Microprocesses, and Linux Kernels/Drivers
  • Design and execute full software test cases

Flight Software Engineer Requirements: 
  • Experience coding in C++ and Linux environments (or relevant experience)
  • Knowledge of hardware datasheets and schematics
  • Tools: Git, Make, and GNU tools
  • Related degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines
