Senior Contracts Manager

Our Space client is looking for experienced Senior Contracts Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of space exploration. We're seeking a visionary leader to guide our clients contractual strategies and drive success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive contractual strategies aligned with our mission objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of Contracts professionals in negotiating, drafting, and managing complex agreements with suppliers, partners, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the contracting process.
• Manage risk effectively by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve mutual success.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in contracts management, with a minimum of 8 + years in a leadership role within the aerospace or space industry.
• In-depth knowledge of government contracting regulations and practices (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing high-value contracts and agreements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
