Sales and BD Manager

My client is looking for a Senior Sales and BD manager with at least ten years experience in the Space industry. 

• Coordinate the internal process for issuing launch services commercial offers.
• Develop action plans and commercial proposals for each customer.
• Coordinate preparation of proposals with internal teams.
• Lead negotiations of launch services contracts.
• Finalize Launch Services Agreements in coordination with Contract Officer and legal department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in the space industry or related field.
• Deep understanding of space sector landscape, including industry trends and customer requirements.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
