We are currently seeking a Proposal & Capture Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities include: Managing customer inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop winning strategies, and supporting the transition of captured opportunities to execution.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Science related fields, with at least five years of experience in business development. Experience in highly regulated environments, such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Manufacturing, is preferred, along with a proven track record of success in winning contracts.
