Here's your opportunity: We are in need of an experienced People & Culture (HR) Business Partner. Reporting to the P&C Manager, you'll provide strategic guidance across various global corporate functions. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with business and functional leadership, along with centers of excellence (COEs), to craft HR strategies, lead change initiatives, and provide leadership coaching. Your role will be instrumental in achieving our clients organizational goals and aligning resource requirements with their ambitious objectives.

As a vital member of their dynamic team, you'll bridge business strategies with impactful people solutions to drive organizational success. You'll serve as a genuine partner and trusted advisor to global business areas, offering guidance on all matters concerning people, organizational dynamics, and engagement.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Work with leaders to translate business plans into data-driven people strategies aimed at enhancing engagement and talent development.
  • Champion employee interests while also considering business goals, fostering a framework focused on retention.
  • Delve deep into identifying the root causes of business and people-related challenges, proposing solutions that support our strategic aims.
  • Utilize your business acumen to analyze data, make informed decisions, and present compelling insights that drive action.
  • Model HR best practices, establish strong relationships with leaders, and foster innovation through cross-functional partnerships. 
  • Uphold our culture, navigate uncertainty effectively, and strike a balance between tactical and strategic demands in our evolving business landscape.

Your Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with at least 4 years of HR experience. Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • A thorough understanding of federal and state labor laws is crucial for this role.
  • Experience working with a diverse, global workforce is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to identify trends, and recommend solutions with a proactive problem-solving approach are essential.
  • A solid understanding of HR functions is also necessary.
  • Proven track record of building trust and partnership with leaders globally, acting as a virtual advocate for their HR needs, in addition to serving as the global P&C business partner to facilitate core HR processes.
  • Experience in leading and influencing organizational design and effectiveness using design thinking, as well as fostering effective change management planning.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including coaching, training, change management, influence, and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are vital.
  • Capable of building and maintaining positive, effective relationships at all levels.
  • Approaches work with a proactive "can-do" attitude, streamlining processes, and tackling challenges head-on.
  • Skilled at navigating difficult conversations while maintaining strong relationships and handling conflict constructively.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading people-related projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and appreciate collaborative teamwork.
  • An eagerness to learn new things quickly and a keen interest in our business are crucial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems.

  • Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
