I am looking for an experience manufacturing engineer who can be the go-to person when it comes to manufacturing, lean process, process improvement JIT, layout flows, IPC 610, DFMA you name it.

You will be the first manufacturing hire, there is standardised process, but they need someone who can interact with multiple engineers working to ensure the smooth running of low volume high value boards - bespoke designs/ one offs. The room for error is minimal which is where your expertise will shine!
