Lead Data Scientist – US (Texas Preferred)
Position Summary:
We're looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join our team. Reporting to the CTO, you'll lead our Data Science Team and shape our product roadmap for the next 3-4 years. This remote position may require occasional travel within the US.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of our Satellite Edge Computing ML Solution
  • Contribute to strategic planning of AI/ML projects
  • Design and implement computer vision algorithms for satellite imagery analysis
  • Manage large datasets of satellite imagery
  • Train and optimize deep learning models for on-board deployment
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning
  • Ensure the reliability of computer vision solutions through testing and validation
  • Maintain documentation of algorithms, models, and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Desired Traits:
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Advanced degree in Data Science or equivalent experience
  • Solid experience with data science tools and techniques, especially in Computer Vision
