Position Title: Human Resources Generalist

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist with exceptional organizational abilities and a talent for managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate closely with various departments and individuals, serving as a crucial point of contact and facilitating the overall function of the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, handling enrollment, changes, and addressing inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including federal contractor requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to foster skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Facilitate orientation programs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources roles, focusing on employee relations and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO.
  • Experience managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) strongly preferred.
