HR Generalist
Position Title: Human Resources Generalist
Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist with exceptional organizational abilities and a talent for managing multiple tasks efficiently. What You'll Do:
- Manage employee benefits programs, handling enrollment, changes, and addressing inquiries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including federal contractor requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to foster skill enhancement and career growth.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Facilitate orientation programs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources roles, focusing on employee relations and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO.
- Experience managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) strongly preferred.
