**Job Description:**
The HRBP will serve as the initial HR point of contact for all employees. They will partner with management across various HR disciplines and support the employment life cycle activities. This role reports to the Director of HR and EHS in Colorado.

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategy and participate in the interview process.
- Lead HR projects, including process improvements and employee engagement initiatives, in coordination with the Corporate HR team.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and supervisors on employee relations and engagement practices.
- Partner with management to identify and coordinate employee development opportunities.
- Support performance management processes, including advising on performance reviews and corrective actions.
- Address employee concerns, conduct internal investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop HR templates and forms using MS Office tools.

**Required Experience:**
- Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
- Minimum five years of progressive HR experience, including two years of in-depth experience in employee relations and recruiting.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, maintain composure under pressure, and build good working relationships.
- Effective communication skills with consistent follow-up.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities efficiently, and meet established deadlines.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to provide solutions to challenging employee issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with HRIS experience.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to establish relationships while maintaining neutrality.
