Join our team shaping the future of satellite technology. As a Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC) Engineer, you'll lead in designing and implementing groundbreaking orbital imaging system.
Responsibilities:
- Lead system-level design for a cutting-edge satellite constellation
- Explore novel approaches to satellite state estimation and control
- Develop models and simulations to analyze spacecraft behavior
- Design algorithms for coordinated spacecraft maneuvers
- Define spacecraft hardware requirements and specifications
- Execute hardware verification and validation tests
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics
- 2+ years of control system design experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to rapidly grasp new concepts and work independently
- High levels of self-motivation and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree or PHD in engineering (with focus on control systems)
- Experience in system-level GNC modeling and hardware design
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++, and/or Python
- Familiarity with classical, modern, and optimal control theory
- Hands-on experience with GNC algorithm development
- Knowledge of spacecraft ADCS sensors and orbital mechanics
