Contracts and Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a talented Contracts and Supply Chain Manager to join our Space client in Maryland, US.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for contracts and supply chain management to support our mission-critical projects.
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risks.
• Oversee the entire procurement process, from supplier selection to contract execution, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and partners to drive collaboration and innovation.
• Optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in contracts and supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in the aerospace or space industry.
• In-depth knowledge of government procurement regulations and practices (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
