CFO
We are currently working with a fantastic company within the Space industry, who are looking for an experienced CFO. The ideal candidate would be someone with a background in Space / Aerospace who has experience in expanding the revenue streams of a company.
The CFO will be expected to immerse themselves in the company's philosophy, identify blind spots, and analyze current processes and make improvements. They will work on the core project to analyze various things that they have signed into, including venture capital. The CFO will create a budget and understand different angles to help the company make the most of its capital.
The successful candidate will expand on their previous work by focusing on the structure of the company. They will look for ways to produce revenue in the short term and identify skills that can benefit the company in the long term. The successful will work on rebuilding the financial framework to improve it and ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in scaling a start-up manufacturing business, series C and beyond.
- Strong analytical skills and experience creating budgets.
- Experience working with venture capital.
- Ability to identify and work on blind spots in a company's financial framework.
- Experience in creating new revenue streams for a company.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
