Position Overview:

The Manager of Contracts role involves utilizing strong subject matter expertise to understand and guide program performance, aligning with financial and program objectives. The individual will support Program Management leadership, the General Counsel, and cross-functional teams in all contract-related matters across programs. This position supports a geographically dispersed team across the continental U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage contracts and ensure proposal compliance across various programs and functional areas.
– Review, interpret, and recommend contractual terms and conditions during proposal and draft contract evaluations.

As a Flight Software Test Engineer you’ll take the lead role in developing and architecting crucial flight software and systems for their first re-usable lunar spacecraft, reporting directly to the CTO / Co-Founder himself.

Flight Software Test Engineer Responsibilities

  • Develop the full software lifecycle and architecture for flight software systems
  • Lead HiL (Hardware In Loop) testing, on-vehicle testing, and eventual integration and deployment of Flight and GNC algorithms
  • Support the adjacent development of propulsion, avionics, hardware, and other spacecraft systems
  • Report directly into C-Suite whilst taking full ownership of the flight software design

Flight Software Test Engineer Requirements

  • 3+ years experience developing complex embedded systems in Space or related industries (Drones, UAVs, Autonomous Driving etc.)
  • Excellent C/C++ embedded software skills

Flight Dynamics Engineer

We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Engineer to provide support for flight mechanics, modeling and simulation, and guidance, navigation, and controls in the area of planetary and human spaceflight. This position support projects which may include simulation of aerospace vehicles in many phases of flight including launch ascent and abort, entry, aerobraking, aerocapture, interplanetary, under parachute, etc. 


  • Modeling and analysis of aerospace vehicles, such as:
  • Performance evaluation (3-DOF, 6-DOF, and multi-DOF for multiple body interactions)
  • Trajectory sensitivity, optimization, stability, and robustness analysis
  • Guidance and control system development
  • Simulation and model development
  • Monte Carlo (uncertainty quantification) analysis

Education and Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent degree with a minimum 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • M.S. or PhD in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering is preferred with a minimum 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience with flight mechanics, control systems, and dynamics simulation is critical
  • Background in multi-body dynamics and/or subsystem modeling is important
  • Experience with Matlab/Simulink, FORTRAN, and C programming is highly desirable
  • Experience with a flight mechanics simulation such as NASA's Program to Optimize Simulated Trajectories II (POST2) or similar is highly desirable
  • Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills

Candidates should have a strong background in one or more of the following areas:

Our Space client in San Diego are looking for an Electrical Test Engineer III to work in a project team environment as an individual contributor on new test architectures design and development and/or sustaining engineering tasks.

Responsibilities will include functional performance and environmental test architectures design, development, scheduling, and execution.

  • Review device and system level functional specifications, design documents and project documents.
  • Participate in the review of design and coding of software products.
  • Ensure that all developed test protocols are and/or can be automated, follow testing standards, and are documented.
  • Develop work estimates and status reports for each test effort. 
  • May lead and coordinate part or all of the testing effort for a project. This usually requires development and tracking of a test plan and test schedule as well as the reporting of test results.


  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with concentration in software; or equivalent knowledge in the areas of software engineering.
  • Extensive background in test engineering with demonstrated technical skills.
  • Expert level configuration of ATE components including rack instrumentation and PXI architectures.
