**About the Role:**

The Systems Engineer will oversee projects/systems throughout their life cycles, engaging with customers to integrate their requirements into our architecture from the outset. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to work across various projects.

- Collaborate with customers and project partners, understanding requirements, developing solutions, and coordinating work tasks and schedules.
- Define project requirements from the system level down to different subsystem levels.
- Facilitate communication between different subsystem teams, ensuring smooth information flow and defining work plans and development schedules.
- Prepare and deliver design review materials, technical reports, briefings, and analyses.
- Support and coordinate technical content for bids and proposals, as well as provide assistance to business and product teams.
- Establish best practices in systems engineering within the company to optimize technology and resource utilization.

**Skills & Requirements:**
- MSc in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in multidisciplinary systems engineering, with demonstrable evidence.
- Exposure to software development is advantageous.
- Previous involvement in spacecraft design across various program phases is beneficial.
- Familiarity with STK and programming languages like C, Python, and MATLAB.
- Knowledge of spacecraft avionics is a plus.
- Active membership in a systems engineering organization and/or certification is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
