Position Overview:

The Manager of Contracts role involves utilizing strong subject matter expertise to understand and guide program performance, aligning with financial and program objectives. The individual will support Program Management leadership, the General Counsel, and cross-functional teams in all contract-related matters across programs. This position supports a geographically dispersed team across the continental U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage contracts and ensure proposal compliance across various programs and functional areas.
– Review, interpret, and recommend contractual terms and conditions during proposal and draft contract evaluations.
– Develop policies, procedures, and standard practices to meet contract activity objectives and timelines.
– Ensure proposal packages adhere to company procedures and customer solicitation requirements.
– Identify and address complex contract issues, providing leadership in developing innovative solutions.
– Review draft and fully executed contractual documents for accuracy and completeness.
– Advise management on contractual rights and obligations, interpreting terms and conditions.
– Participate in cost and pricing reviews with Contracts and Program Management.
– Maintain, analyze, update, and develop both electronic and hard copy records.

Qualifications:

РBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, with 15+ years of progressive professional experience in contract administration.
– Thorough understanding of contract principles, theories, concepts, and regulations, with broad application experience.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
– Proven leadership skills in a complex, fast-paced environment, with effective prioritization.
– Extensive experience with FAR-based contracts, with the ability to teach and mentor junior professionals.
– Ability to develop effective relationships with customers and internal partners based on understanding, teamwork, and trust.
– Proven capability to manage a high volume of proposals and negotiations, coordinate program support, and communicate status and needs effectively.
– Demonstrated ability to find equitable solutions to complex problems with various customers.

Flight Software Test Engineer

Flight Software Test Engineer Responsibilities

  • Develop the full software lifecycle and architecture for flight software systems
  • Lead HiL (Hardware In Loop) testing, on-vehicle testing, and eventual integration and deployment of Flight and GNC algorithms
