We’re working with a space-tech innovator who is building the world’s first space-based cellular broadband network. They’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact telecom infrastructure and gateway programs, collaborating with global MNOs and internal engineering teams to drive mission success.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record managing complex programs across hardware, software, and telecom systems, and who thrives in cross-functional, multicultural environments. You’ll be the primary interface for customer accounts and internal delivery, guiding multi-disciplinary teams from planning to post-deployment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading global telecom programs with full ownership of delivery, cost, schedule, and risk

  • Acting as the key liaison for Mobile Network Operators and strategic partners

  • Managing gateway infrastructure projects from concept through support

  • Coordinating with sales, engineering, supply chain, and executive teams

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years’ experience in program management, preferably in satcom or telecom

  • Experience with MNOs and cellular infrastructure rollouts

  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership

  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving programs

Hybrid (Washington based) | Some travel required 
Full-time | US Citizen or Green Card preferred
