Position Summary:

 

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of virtual try-on technology. You will lead the design process from initial concept to final execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. Your expertise in user-centered design and emerging technologies will be vital in driving innovation and enhancing our product offerings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-focused approach by conducting research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform product decisions and improve the user experience.
• Collaborative Development: Partner with designers and stakeholders to translate product requirements and user needs into creative design concepts and solutions.
• Prototyping and Mockups: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly convey design ideas, ensuring consistency across all user interactions.
• User Interaction Design: Develop intuitive interactions and workflows that enhance the virtual try-on experience, maximizing usability and user engagement.
• Visual Design Excellence: Produce visually compelling designs that reflect the company's brand identity, employing best practices in typography, color theory, and composition.
• Design System Contribution: Help evolve and maintain our design system by establishing reusable components, patterns, and guidelines that promote design consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment throughout the product development process. Effectively communicate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

 

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and user testing tools such as Figma, UserTesting, and Maze.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• A genuine interest in fashion and technology.
