Senior Mission and Operations Satellite Systems Engineer
Are you a seasoned satellite systems engineer with a passion for mission design, operations planning, and cutting-edge constellation tech? We're hiring a Senior Mission & Operations Satellite Systems Engineer to join an innovative team shaping the future of satellite operations.
You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing operational strategies for upcoming satellite missions — from planning and procedure development to simulation, testing, and live execution.
What You'll Be Doing:

Designing and simulating launch and early orbit phase (LEOP) operations

Developing mission-critical in-orbit procedures and operations manuals

Leading testing, training, and validation for satellite operations

Supporting on-orbit commissioning, routine ops, and contingency responses

Driving In-Orbit Testing (IOT) and anomaly resolution (including FDIR)

Working across interface control documents (ICDs) and database integration
-
Contributing to ConOps design, modeling, and automation strategies

Running satellite simulators and developing supporting scripts
What We're Looking For:

A degree in engineering or a related technical field

10+ years of hands-on experience in space systems or satellite operations

Strong background in LEO/MEO mission planning and design

Experience with automated satellite ops workflows

Systems engineering knowledge across both space and ground segments

Proficiency in Python (or similar scripting), MATLAB, and AGI STK

Experience using modeling/simulation tools and telemetry structures
Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in constellation operations or new-space mission environments

Familiarity with automated testing and DevOps toolchains

Skilled in MS Excel for technical analysis

Experience with DOORS, Windchill, or Jama
-
French language skills (a plus but not required)
