About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Technology to lead product development and advance cutting-edge solutions in high-performance data architecture and networking technologies for the aerospace, defense, and military sectors.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll oversee key product lines, champion the adoption of next-generation technologies, and establish subject matter expertise in low-latency, high-reliability systems. Working at the intersection of innovation and execution, you’ll play a critical role in delivering solutions that meet the rigorous demands of mission-critical applications.
The position is based in Aurora, ON (remote work options available), with a possibility of full remote work for candidates located in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Leadership: Manage and oversee product lines, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic direction.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep technical expertise in:
- Networking technologies (e.g., Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), RoCE) for sensor processing.
- PCI Express switching topologies and configurations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A BSc/BA in science or engineering (or equivalent technical experience in embedded systems or mission-critical computing).
- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in product management, solutions/systems architecture, or similar roles.
- Proven technical expertise in at least one of the following:
- High-performance networking (e.g., RoCE, RDMA).
- Data fabric architecture and PCI Express switching.
- Networking technologies like TSN, video sensor I/O, or AI applications.
Additional Requirements:
- Must meet security and compliance requirements, including CGP and ITAR regulations. Applicants must provide valid documentation to confirm Canadian or US citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency.
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
