We’re looking for a Network Engineer I to join a dynamic team supporting cutting-edge spaceflight operations! If you have a passion for network engineering and want to contribute to mission-critical projects, this opportunity is for you.

 

What You’ll Do:

Design, configure, test, and document network architectures in a multi-vendor, multi-protocol environment.

Implement network changes, including router and switch configurations.

Support daily operations, troubleshoot customer network issues, and assist with critical mission activities.

Monitor system health and performance using available tools and techniques.

 

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in network engineering (or 4+ years with a high school diploma).

Basic working knowledge of routed data protocols and network hardware.

General understanding of network architectures.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!):

Experience with CISCO routers, switches, and CheckPoint firewalls.

Location: Huntsville, AL – Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC)

 

Clearance: Must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance
