Summary:
We are looking for a talented MES Systems Analyst with a strong background in Tulip Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role is essential to supporting and enhancing manufacturing processes by managing and maintaining the MES platform, ensuring that system configurations are user-friendly, effective, and tailored to the business’s needs. As a key player in ensuring manufacturing operations are optimized, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Tulip MES.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Tulip MES functional and technical analyst.
- Administer system configuration, integration, and management of Tulip MES.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions through Tulip MES.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and tools within Tulip to support user needs.
- Provide ongoing support for MES processes, engineering changes, and document control in the Tulip environment.
- Mentor and train users on Tulip MES processes and policies.
- Manage satellite configurations, historical data, and system metrics.
- Assist with new part introductions and ensure KPIs are monitored and reported within the Tulip system.
- Identify and implement improvements in Tulip MES for continuous operational efficiency.
- Ensure synchronization of data between CAD, PLM, ERP, and Tulip MES systems.
- Develop and maintain auditing processes and oversee third-party support as necessary.
- Assist with licensing and cost reduction strategies within the MES environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or an Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience).
- 4+ years of experience with Tulip MES administration, configuration, and management.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident card holder.
- Experience with ERP, PLM, and product lifecycle management systems.
- Preferred: Skills in SQL, Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong technical, functional, and analytical skills related to MES systems.
- Experience with change management, bill of materials, routings, and document control within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
- High attention to detail with the ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership abilities and a track record of driving successful results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Tulip MES, CAD, ERP, and system integration tools.
- Familiarity with aerospace or similar manufacturing environments.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and 3D models.
