Logistics Specialist – Texas Operations

You'll support inbound and outbound logistics, manage vendor relationships, and play a critical role across engineering, planning, and procurement. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll influence systems, SOPs, and cost efficiencies across the board.

? What You'll Do:

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics (inbound and outbound) across domestic and international operations

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, shipping documentation, and customs compliance

  • Track delivery performance and manage fulfillment cost visibility

  • Coordinate carrier selection, shipping terms, and negotiation

  • Ensure smooth packaging, labeling (including FedEx), and tracking processes

  • Resolve transportation or inventory-related issues with urgency and professionalism

? What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years' experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain roles

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, customs documentation, and domestic shipping

  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently, pivot under pressure, and manage multiple priorities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred

  • Experience with international freight forwarding

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and data-driven logistics optimization

  • Prior exposure to tech, aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing sectors
