Position: Program Management Analyst
Location: Washington, DC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert guidance on program implementation, focusing on Economic Support Funds and diplomatic initiatives.
  • Advise on agreement development, grants, and cooperative agreements.
  • Manage procurement processes ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Prepare and review essential documentation including memos, notifications, and funding opportunities.
  • Coordinate review panels and support pre- and post-award processes.
  • Assist with budget coordination and strategic planning.
  • Analyze and propose changes to program scope.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  •  3+ years of relevant experience
  •  Active Secret Clearance
  •  Skills: Teaching/mentoring, problem-solving, research proficiency, organizational skills, communication skills, familiarity with foreign assistance programs and procurement.
  • Preferred: Experience with the Department of State.


  • Competitive salary range: $95,000 – $100,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
  • 25% travel required.

Business Development Director – Air Force / Space Force

We're on the hunt for an ambitious Business Development Director with proven ability for securing and expanding business within the Air Force and Space Force. What You'll Do:

  • Pioneer Growth: Open doors to new opportunities within the USSF and USAF, maintaining an active and strategic opportunity pipeline.
  • Achieve Sales Excellence: Hit sales goals by masterfully managing capture opportunities.
  • Build Relationships: Forge and deepen partnerships, gaining trust and influencing decision-makers.
  • Strategic Influence: Align solutions with customer strategies, guiding their acquisition and requirements.
  • Lead Customer Engagement: Be the face of the brand in all customer interactions, from RFI/RFP to negotiations, ensuring memorable presentations and demos.
  • Insightful Leadership: Provide leadership with accurate sales forecasting, highlighting key achievements and identifying future opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Professional: With a Bachelor’s Degree and over 10 years of experience with the U.S. Air or Space Forces, you bring a wealth of knowledge in space operations, ISR, or GEOINT.
  • Business Development Savvy: You have at least 5 years in a role driving full lifecycle business development, with proven success stories.
  • Startup Ready: Thriving in fast-paced environments, you're entrepreneurial, collaborative, and ready to make an impact.
  • Communication Expert: Exceptional verbal and written skills, adept at high-level presentations and negotiations.
  • Security Cleared: Holding an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or an MBA.
  • Direct experience in the USSF/USAF
  • Knowledge of commercial remote sensing, or earth observation sectors.
  • Knowledge or experience in synthetic data for AI/ML development.
