Head of Sales

One of our most well-regarded defense clients are now actively seeking a Head of Sales. You would be responsible for building and leading a Sales/Business Development function, which will effectively identify and capture opportunities for selling their products/services into US Government customers. 

They are building software capabilities which can be integrated into a wide variety of existing military platforms. These solutions have been purposely created to work within all military service branches, as well as various DoD agencies. It would be advantageous to bring strong, existing relationships in that customer base, however they're open to considering a candidate with proven experience in opening brand-new partnerships from scratch.

They require someone who has:

  • 10+ years experience in Business Development with US Government customers
  • Experience selling Software/SaaS in the Aerospace/Defense industry
  • The ability to lead projects and people
  • Held or able to obtain a US Security Clearance

Director of Business Development

One of our exciting defense-tech clients are searching for a Director of Business Development to execute successful activities in selling their products and services into the US Government. 

You would be tasked with identifying revenue generating opportunities for the organization, preferably leveraging exciting relationships whilst opening up new networks within the DoD customers. You should be comfortable working on tactical projects, specifically in highly technical areas in the Aerospace & Defense space. It would be highly advantageous if you've served Active Duty in one of the service branches, as well as worked on Program Management activities throughout your career.

They require someone who has:

  • 10+ years experience in Business Development with US Government customers
  • Program Management, Budgeting and/or Operations experience
  • Worked within Aerospace, Defense or Space
  • The ability to travel over 25%¬†of the time, both nationally and internationally
  • Held or able to obtain a US Security Clearance
