Responsibilities:

HR Specialist

Position Overview:
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources (HR) department and take the lead on culture initiatives and internal communications. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, benefits administration, policy enforcement, organizing cultural events, and managing internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor and document compliance with mandatory and optional training, continuing education, and work assessments, including safety training and professional certifications.
– Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and collaborating with department managers to assess required skills.

Test Engineer

Test Engineer
About the Role:

As a Test Engineer, you will take ownership of testing a custom-designed robotic system. You will conduct all processes necessary to complete the test, including design, assembly, and testing. Additionally, you will support project works and developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and run development tests of custom hardware, electrical systems, and robots.
  • Design, create drawings, and implement tools/JIG, prepare harnesses enabling team members to run development tests.
  • Maintain the test facility, including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct structured root cause analysis of in-process failures.
  • Compile test results into a report.
  • Collaborate with the design team to improve the product.
  • Communicate with external personnel when utilizing outside testing facilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or another technical field.
  • 1+ years of experience using test instrumentation and control components like pressure transducers, thermocouples, RTDs, strain gauges, accelerometers, and load cells.
  • Experience with mechanical CAD and drawing.
  • Capable of performing detailed work such as mechanical assembly or soldering.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and proactivity in task completion, ensuring adaptability to evolving project demands.
  • Physical ability to independently lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

Spacecraft GNC Engineer

Our Space client in Los Angeles are looking for a Senior Avionics Engineer to help Design Avionics Hardware & Systems for their  Spacecraft. This will include Leading the Development of Avionics Hardware throughout its lifecycle, from design inception to testing and support.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead spacecraft hardware design, testing, and integration including avionics clean sheet design and analysis.
  • Develop digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuit design.
  • Conduct environmental testing (vibration, shock, thermal, thermal vacuum) to qualify designs for space missions.
  • Aid in flight software architecture.

Experience Required:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related subject.          
  • Professional experience in satellite and spacecraft flight computer hardware design, build, and test.
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer or similar ECAD software for PCB design.
  • Experience with mixed-signal PCB implementation and digital communication protocols.
  • Strong understanding of space environment testing (thermal, vibration, shock, EMI/EMC, radiation).

Desirable Experience:
