Director, HR Business Partner

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner Director to spearhead talent strategy and implementation for various business units and functions within their designated client portfolios. This role also involves leading a team of HR business partners and collaborating closely with cross-functional peers to deliver comprehensive talent solutions. The HR Director will oversee multiple businesses/functions, potentially located across the United States, and work in conjunction with HR Centers of Excellence to provide holistic HR solutions to internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
– Lead change management initiatives concerning values, mindsets, behaviors, and cross-functional projects within the HR domain.
– Serve as a strategic leader and catalyst for change to identify, implement, and evaluate program success aligned with business objectives.
– Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and peers while offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to managers and team members.
– Collaborate with Workforce Solutions, Finance, and functional leadership to streamline workforce planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
– Assist managers in identifying developmental opportunities and succession plans for their teams.
– Execute performance and compensation planning, talent management, succession planning, and training initiatives as per the HR annual calendar.
– Foster an integrated mindset by aligning business and functions to drive a unified Management Operating System.
– Work closely with business leaders to ensure employees are empowered, engaged, and accountable for achieving business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, engineering, or a related field.
– Extensive experience supporting Operations organizations, with prior integration/merger/acquisition experience.
– Minimum of 16 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in Organization Design.
– Previous experience in the Aviation and Defense industry.
– Proficiency in navigating a matrixed organization.
– Exceptional communication, leadership, and planning skills with the ability to influence and engage across teams.
– Willingness to travel within the United States as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Profound understanding of Compensation, Talent Attraction, and HR Analytics.
– Familiarity with Benefits and Payroll processes.
