Responsibilities:

  • Oversee spacecraft development across the full development lifecycle
  • Requirements gathering, management and development
  • Liaise between customers and internal engineering teams
  • Develop CONOPS
  • Lead design & test readiness reviews

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years systems engineering experience
  • Previous work within/ parallel to the space industry
  • Experience with different phases of the project development lifecycle
  • US Citizenship

Senior Manager, HR Operations

We are seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager to join our client's team. As the HR Operations Senior Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional HR services to our client's employees, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to departure. You will play a crucial role within the People Operations team, driving various people programs and processes.

Why You're Needed:

Our client is embarking on an exciting journey to certify the world’s first autonomous, passenger-carrying eVTOL. With significant growth, our client has outgrown its current people systems and processes, necessitating the strengthening, simplification, and future-proofing of our HR operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a small global team to deliver exceptional HR services, covering onboarding, offboarding, internship programs, leave of absence administration, workers' compensation, and more.
  • Oversee the total rewards programs for the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, along with wellbeing and recognition programs.
  • Manage compliance-related activities such as EEO-1, VETS-100, pay data reporting, data integrity audits, immigration, etc.
  • Continuously update and refine processes and policies to align with the evolving needs of a growing organization.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to support DE&I efforts and Employee Resource Groups.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with a track record of establishing, implementing, and refining HR processes.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with budget management skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in a startup environment is desirable.
