Driver development experience.
Embedded Linux experience.
Salary $120k – $160k

Customer Operations & Satellite Planning Specialist – Irvine, CA
I am working with a cutting edge, satellite manufacturing scale-up in California who are continuing to grow their U.S team. They operate and control one of the largest commercial, satellite constellations in the world and are directing their capabilities across several industries such as Defence & Intelligence, Insurance, maritime and monitoring natural catastrophes. In this role you will be a key member of the team. In charge of handling communication and requests from existing customers and managing the full life cycle of orders for satellite imagery.
You will be responsible for:
· Managing communications with key clients (including those in the Space, Aerospace, Defence and Government sectors) regarding their various requirements and requests. · Improve overall customer experience and satisfaction by holding regular business review calls with the customers · Manage email communication with customers to ensure customers are kept up to date with their order status, and communicate any changes / delays to the customer · Manage orders from submission to delivery of the final product · Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies for satellite imagery · Plan satellite resources for taking Satellite images · Quality control Imagery and delivery to client · Work closely with other teams to resolve project and/or customer related issues
· Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Geography or similar · A background in GIS / Remote Sensing (Not essential) · First-hand experience working with Customers in a B2B environment (or excellent communication skills) · Attention to detail and ability to sustain high levels of accuracy · Must be a U.S Citizen who is happy and able to get a clearance
