HR Specialist, Data Analytics

**Position Title:** HR Specialist

**Position Summary:**
We are currently seeking an HR Specialist to join our client's team. This role is responsible for performing HR-related duties at a professional level and will collaborate closely with senior HR management to support designated areas, particularly focusing on our Launchers division in Alabama.

**Job Responsibilities:**
– Serve as the primary point of contact for any HRIS, including SAP SuccessFactors, related technical queries.
– Support their digital transformation projects, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with new releases, including local system interfaces.
– Coordinate relevant SLAs, licenses, and supplier contracts in collaboration with Procurement, Benefits, and Corporate IT.
– Maintain well-organized documentation, track and follow up on deployed systems/modules and their usage.
– Support record retention policy in line with data protection compliance and act as the data protection champion.
– Monitor system status, proactively resolve issues, and provide end-user training as needed.
– Assist with project management and administrative tasks related to HR Systems, Reports & Processes.
– Coordinate invoices related to HR Systems and benefits.
– Analyze HR and compensation data, prepare reports, and develop presentations.
– Develop, implement, and maintain human resource information systems (HRIS) for the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information.
– Maintain internal database files, develop custom reports, and evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs.
– Collaborate with payroll to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions and manage employee surveys and exit interviews.
– Support global HR initiatives, particularly related to systems and data.

**Job Requirements:**
– Bachelor's Degree in human resources, computer science, or business administration.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Data Analytics.
– 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems, ideally in SuccessFactors, and Learning Management Systems.
– Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.).
– Basic data analysis and management skills.
– Experience managing complex situations in a multinational environment.
– Ability to handle confidential HR data and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience with ADP Workforce Now, including Payroll and reporting, preferred.
– Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including reporting, preferred.
