  • Offer expertise, best practices, and consultation across all HR functions, encompassing employee engagement, workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, change management, and more.
  • Efficiently onboard new hires, supporting formal or informal initiatives to ensure they are fully prepared to tackle tasks from day one.
  • Assist senior leaders in making talent decisions and improving organizational performance.
  • Provide insight, thought leadership, coaching, and training to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintain company leadership relationships by continuously assessing firm needs based on employee engagement, productivity, and performance.
  • Proactively address challenges and identify HR issues.
  • Act as the in-house authority on HR best practices, trends, and benchmarks to optimize the company's success.
  • Oversee or perform tasks related to compliance, workforce development, training, and payroll.
  • Mentor and coach employees as needed to enhance their performance.
  • Develop, implement, and track annual and quarterly objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including government entities at various levels.
  • Lead recruiting efforts, including university and career talent programs.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to support employer brand strategy and attract top talent.
  • Fulfill any other assigned duties.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, organizational behavior, communications, human resources, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of HR experience.
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Track record of success in a startup environment or demonstrating strategic agility, business acumen, and effective execution.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience leading impactful teams, organizations, and initiatives.
  • Significant experience navigating cultural and business sensitivities with tact and discretion.
  • Exceptional skills in organizational change and cultural management.
  • Unquestionable integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to devise solutions to complex HR and organizational challenges.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative nature.
  • Membership in SHRM.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; US citizenship required.


  • SHRM-CP certification is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, is beneficial.
