Electrical Engineer (2nd Shift)

Electrical Engineer – 2nd Shift (3.30pm to 11.30pm) – Up to $100k – Merritt Island, FL


We're seeking an innovative Electrical Engineer for our 2nd shift team (3.30pm to 11.30pm), offering up to $100,000 per year, based in Merritt Island, Florida. If you have a passion for the aerospace industry and are ready to take your career to new heights, read on!


Your Role:

  • Support troubleshooting and repairs on the Final Assembly Line (FAL).
  • Collaborate with Design to Manufacturing teams for technical solutions.
  • Lead and provide expertise to electrical technicians.
  • Manage spare Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and ensure production readiness.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance assembly line performance and quality.
  • Directly influence changes on the FAL due to design or process modifications.
  • Participate in maintenance, calibration activities, and quality engineering processes.


About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma with extensive experience.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, particularly with EGSE and electrical measurement devices.
  • Knowledge in SCADA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a clean room environment.
  • Able to work autonomously.


Physical & Working Environment:

  • This role involves sitting or standing for extended periods, frequent communication, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Personal Protective Equipment is required based on specific tasks.
  • The work environment can be busy and noisy with varying conditions.
