Roles and responsibilities:

  • Provide input on Design for Manufacturability principles.
  • Oversee and train manufacturing technicians.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Test, and Reliability engineering teams.
  • Design manufacturing tools/processes and create fixturing using Additive Manufacturing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support root cause and corrective action processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Working knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles.
  • Experience managing projects.

Propulsion Engineer

A fast paced and exciting business based just outside of LA are looking for a Propulsion Engineer to join the team. The propulsion team is one that they will be continuing to hire for this year, so there couldn’t be a better time to join than now! As one of the first Propulsion Engineer’s in the team you will play a key part in developing their propulsion system and helping to make decisions at an executive level.

I am interested in hearing from Propulsion Engineers who have worked in the space sector, with either a strong liquid or electric background.  


  • Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and testing of propulsion hardware, which is primarily electric but with liquid elements.
  • Ensuring that propulsion hardware will survive mission environments through qualifying.
  • Use computational tools and first-principles calculations to design propulsion components and systems.
  • Draft and implement build and test procedures.
  • Contribute to and conduct design reviews, test readiness reviews, and flight readiness reviews.


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or science discipline.
  • Previous experience designing and building electric or liquid propulsion systems for space applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.

Senior Director, Quality

  • Continue to develop and manage an experienced quality department, driving a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Maintain the business certifications and quality management systems, including AS9100.
  • Drive high quality standards across systems and products, as well as suppliers.  
  • Work closely with suppliers to develop a strong and reliable supply chain.  


  • A minimum of 7 years experience working in leadership as part of a manufacturing organization (Space, Aerospace preferred)
  • Experience in managing quality procedures throughout a products full life cycle.
  • Proficiency in maintaining certifications and standards, specifically working with AS9100.
  • Proven experience driving a continuous improvement culture.
