Job Description:
Our client's People Operations team is seeking a Strategic People Partner (also known as HR Business Partner) to join their Engineering and Technology Group. This individual will act as a strategic advisor, collaborating with internal client groups to strengthen organizational capabilities and meet strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, with a focus on change management, employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, and more.
– Lead initiatives to effectively onboard and develop new managers.
– Collaborate with People Operations Centers of Expertise to implement cutting-edge HR solutions.
– Foster talent development and succession planning initiatives.
– Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on talent decisions and organizational matters.
– Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and assess organizational needs for ongoing improvement.
– Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices to optimize workforce efficiency.

Qualifications:
Required Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
– 6-8 years of HR experience.
– Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across all organizational levels.
– Strategic mindset with a proven track record of implementing impactful HR initiatives.
– Proficiency in data analytics and risk management.
– Experience leading significant change management efforts.
– Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Aircraft Certification Engineer

Aircraft Certification Engineer | Aerospace | El Segundo

We have partnered with an exciting aerospace business, in El Segundo, who are looking for an aircraft certification engineer to join their their fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate extensively with internal engineering teams to ensure compliance
  • Oversee development and implementation of process and procedures for certification of aircraft
  • Assist in developing certification strategy
  • Co-ordinate between internal stakeholders and certification authorities, liaising directly with the FAA

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in certification
  • Aerospace/ aviation industry experience
  • Bachelor of Science
  • US Citizenship

Senior RF Engineer

Responsibilities include RF circuit and system development, from concept to in-orbit support. Ideal candidates will have expertise in RF front-ends, frequency converters, and phased array antennas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 6+ years of industry experience in RF electronics design.
  • Proficiency in tools like CST, ADS, and Altium.
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • MATLAB proficiency.

  • Knowledge of worst-case circuit analysis and antenna design.
  • Familiarity with EMI/EMC design.
