Key Responsibilities:

– Extensive experience with FAR-based contracts, with the ability to teach and mentor junior professionals.

Contract Manager

Job Description

As a Contracts Manager you are responsible for customer facing negotiations, contract administration, and complete contract life-cycle management. In addition, this role performs an important oversight function internally ensuring adherence and compliance to their contract and legal processes and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

– Negotiate terms and conditions with USG, Prime Contractors, and International Customers.
– Administer highly complex contracts and implement a strict change management process.
– Support proposal development including generating and presenting contract slides for internal leadership reviews.
– Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
– Identify key risks and opportunities throughout the contract life cycle and communicate those early and often.

Summary:

Evaluate and recommend laboratory equipment maintenance and improvement to streamline
production processes and improve overall efficiency. Evaluate designs, create bill of materials
by selecting parts according the project requirements, assure precedence of parts and follow
counterfeit prevention policies and procedures. Assist with all matters of part purchasing.
Review and complete printed circuit board designs and assist with its production by selecting
providers and interacting with them to obtain the best price and quality for the company.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform product and prototype acceptance, evaluation and debugging as needed

As Program Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the Business Unit Leadership Team and the Programs Lead for Defense programs. Your responsibilities will span all phases of the product lifecycle, from proposal and design to production and fielding. You’ll oversee programs ranging from startup phases to production and sustainment, typically managing programs with $1-15M in annual sales value, with a total scope up to $100M.
