Vaud based SaaS company are looking for a VP of Sales on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity because their high-tech platform is driving development in a crucial area of the technology world.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a VP of Sales to join an AI based SaaS start up. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly innovative business; helping them shape the sales strategy and build their sales function. You will be responsible for creating a sales structure and sales processes, identifying key areas for growth whilst building and leading a sales team to help drive the business forward and expand their customer base. You will have a clear view on how to build a strong sales function and you will lead from the front, working closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to achieve business goals.

MAIN SKILLS:

  • Experience working within a high growth SaaS business.
  • Experience scaling a SaaS sales team from early stage.
  • Building out a sales function with proven success.
  • You will need to be a self-starter, fantastic communicator and enjoy working within a fast paced start up environment.
  • Able to implement process with strong data skills to analyse key metrics.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Geospatial experience.
