California based software company are looking for a Sales Engineer on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity because the company's high-tech platform is driving development in an important area of the insurance industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A rapidly growing InsurTech company are looking to appoint a Sales Engineer, based in California. Our client have developed a unique data platform using ML and satellite & aerial imagery to help revolutionise the insurance industry. Bringing your technical expertise in SaaS, you'll work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams to define products and solutions to meet customers needs. You'll be leading product demonstrations, delivering product demos to customers, answer technical questions and drive the proof of concept process. You will work closely with the technical team to help grow the product line-up, platform features and user base.

MAIN SKILLS:

  • Degree in relevant discipline, e.g. Engineering, GIS
  • Extensive experience working in a technical sales role with a SaaS product.
  • Experience selling into the P&C insurance industry.
  • Ability to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all clients.
  • Self motivation and results driven.
  • Technical know-how, understanding of data sets.
  • Excited by working in a ‘startup’ environment.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Geospatial analytics experience.
  • Experience working with AI/ML products
