Berlin based mobile app company are looking for a Community Manager in the UK on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity because you'll be working with an application that is revolutionising the mobility industry! As Community Manager you will be responsible for community support, events, content and digital engagement to build brand presence across the UK. You'll be the first point of contact for customers within the UK and drive growth through events, outbound communication and new revenue opportunities.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Experience within the ride-sharing industry.
  • Customer Support or Community Manager experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven skill and passion in proactively building relationships with customers.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working within a start up environment.
  • Multilingual proficiency.
  • Data focused.
