POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Technical Engineer will be a key part of the Operations team. This person will be highly skilled with the business knowledge and technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate processes, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the ever-changing needs of our customers, including working to deliver against government and commercial client’s IT requirements as new opportunities and products emerge. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide advanced technical support in a 24/7 global support environment.
Monitor system performance metrics and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues.

Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and security.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The VP of Finance will provide strategic leadership and manage the company’s overall financials, including P&L, reporting, audit, price to win; and will ensure all proper controls and systems are in place. To be taken forwards in this role you need an in-depth knowledge of DoD reporting and a strong working knowledge of government contract accounting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a strategic business partner to the President
Contributes to strategic financial planning. Responsible for finance OKR’s and creating metrics to measure progress against goals
Communicates to the President, Executive Leadership, and the board, significant developments affecting the division’s financial goals, develops recommendations and takes appropriate actions
Enhance and/or develop, implement and maintains a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over financial activities
Ensures compliance with applicable Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Oversees the contracts function in providing and directing procedures and systems necessary to maintain compliance, work with contracts staff to develop and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and pricing strategies for bids and proposal
Oversees Payroll function for US Staff.
Oversees Accounts Payable function ensuring all expense reports, vendor payments and other items are booked correctly
Ensures that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
Performs program and indirect cost reviews, rate validations, forecasting of labor and overhead rates. Monthly prepares P&L reports for the President and Executive Leadership showing spending vs. budget and identifying any problems that need to be addressed
Reviews and participates in the preparation of cost estimates for bids and proposals.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior financial management position
Experience working with federal contractors and DoD/DHS environments
Demonstrates an aptitude for working with non-finance business leaders at all levels of the organization to explain, define and apply complex financial concepts
Working knowledge of SAP Financial systems
Experience in government contracting and solid knowledge of government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
Thorough understanding of DCAA Compliance and auditing requirements
Ability to analyze financial statements and make recommendations to improve financial /operational results.
In-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance and other regulatory matters
Possesses critical knowledge of federal and multiple state tax laws as well as basic accounting issues
Have a hands-on pragmatic approach to business, asset management, cash flow, and profitability.
Must communicate clearly and effectively at all levels and be capable of making presentations to Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
