Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities within a dedicated global market segment.
- Acquire new business customers and nurture client relationships.
- Identify, qualify, consult, and craft value propositions to facilitate product sales.
- Prepare comprehensive offers, analyses, contracts, reports, and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Skillfully negotiate global tenders and explore diverse business opportunities.
- Foster communication among customers, colleagues, and various departments to drive product development.
- Serve as the escalation point for all commercial-related activities within the designated area.
- Actively participate in trade fairs, events, and industry meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience in proposal preparation encompassing both commercial and technical aspects.
- Proven sales experience, demonstrating a track record of meeting sales targets and specific performance metrics over the last 5 years.
- Extensive experience working with clients in the US market.
- Military, GOV aerospace experience is essential.
- Proven experience in customer-facing sales roles within the global aviation/defense/security sector.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels of internal and external management.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus.
- Proficiency in building high-performing sales teams and achieving results.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and reliability.
