Your Role:
Support the setup and maintenance of SCADA and manufacturing automation equipment.
Assist as the primary automation contact in the clean room.

EVONA is partnering closely with a Florida-based leader in satellite design and manufacturing. Join them as a Production Manager and help ensure the timely and quality production of satellites, managing daily operations and a team of supervisors and technicians.
You will drive safety, quality and data-driven improvements, while working with departments to streamline production.
Your Day-to-Day:
Lead spacecraft integration and testing in compliance with quality, timescales, and costs.
Address issues hindering production progress including test support equipment, manufacturing tools and factory works.
Foster a safety and quality-first culture.
Utilize data for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Plan and manage AIT resources.
Mentor and develop your team of production supervisors and technicians, including managing headcount.
Conduct Gemba walks and daily meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering.
5+ years of technical production experience.
Aerospace and clean room experience.
Ability to understand specifications and systems requirements.
Strong leadership and communication skills, able to drive positive change.
Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP system) and other tools.
