HR Generalist

Your Mission
The HR Generalist for Kiruna (Sweden) and Andoya (Norway) is responsible for providing comprehensive HR Support to our work sites in both locations. This role will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and compliance, as well as payroll. Ensuring that our employees and leaders have a positive experience and that the organisation operates in accordance with local labour law.
More specifically, you will:

  • Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing and onboarding for both locations. Attending local recruiting events
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, issues and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing conflicts when they arise
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health and welfare programs, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Compliance: Keep abreast of and ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations in both Sweden and Norway. And implement HR policies that are compliant with local requirements. Cooperation and leading negotiations with unions and union representatives are also included
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding process for departing employees
  • Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate development initiatives for employees in collaboration with the Talent team
  • HR Documentation: Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files and databases and generate relevant reports as required
  • Employee Engagement: Implement and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction
  • Worksite Visits: Travel to Andoya, Norway, to ensure that HR practices and policies are consistently applied across work sites, and needs are equally addressed (frequency to be defined)

Who you are and what you have

  • Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, including experience working with labour laws in both Sweden and Norway
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Fluent in English and Swedish

Product Manager

Are you interested in working for a company who are striving to show the world what high-quality digital imagery can do through medium and large digital cameras, software and imagery solutions.

Our client, based in Denmark are looking to recruit a Product Manager to lead a new product line focussing on imaging sensors for Earth Observation and SDA (Space Domain Awareness).

The role:

In this role, you will join the Geospatial Product Management team that are leading the space portfolio and product roadmap. You will be intertwined with the sales team, ensuring they are well informed on the product line. You will work closely with Marketing to ensure that the value proposition and marketing collateral are on point. Finally, you will work incredibly closely with R&D to ensure that technical solutions meet customer requirements!

Responsibilities:

  • You are the CEO on your product line!
  • You keep up to date with the satellite and Earth Observation market, be it reading, attending conferences, meeting customers and partners.
  • You prioritize requirements gathered through multiple channels and develop a clear roadmap that drives business.
  • Working with the PMO office, you drive the project plan.
  • You understand business models, and define the pricing structure of your product line.
  • You will plan for the entire lifecycle.

Requirements

  • You have a Master degree in a relevant discipline, or a Bachelor’s degree with plenty of relevant experience.
  • You have been working in the Space industry for 10 years, ideally with first-hand experience with Earth Observation (remote sensing, satellite manufacture data processing and delivery.
  • You have experience working within Project Management.
  • You are able to handle technical discussions with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • You have a strong understanding of the LEO (Low Earth Orbit).
