Fluids Manufacturing Engineer
Manufacturing Engineer (Fluids) - Atlanta, GA (On-site, Full-time) - Aerospace - $120-150k

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to ensure safety, reliability, and process efficiency are achieved and continually improved.
- Provide valuable design feedback for new and existing hardware.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Employ process improvement methodologies to optimize production rates and reduce build hours and quality issues.
- Manage projects within tight timelines, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Evaluate designs for manufacturability and test requirements, and implement in a rapidly evolving production environment.
- Ideate and implement tooling and test solutions, enabling high-quality built hardware.
- Train technicians, engineers, and leaders on best-in-class operations practices.
- Work closely with design engineers and play a lead role in the manufacturing and integration of current and next-generation vehicles.
About You:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in an aviation or aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with metallic manufacturing techniques such as CNC fabrication, welding (orbital tube and TIG), and precision cleaning.
- Proficient in CAD and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Working knowledge of Python or other coding languages.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working directly with hardware on the floor, including stooping, bending, and standing.
- Experience in high volume manufacturing, design for manufacture, and product development life cycle is a plus.
- Must be a US citizen.
