Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to enhance safety, reliability, and process efficiency.
- Provide design feedback for new and existing hardware.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Employ process improvement strategies to optimize production rates.
- Manage projects within tight timelines, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Transition products from design to manufacturing, preparing necessary engineering documentation.
About You:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in design or production of electronics hardware systems.
- Proficiency in CAD and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Experience in a start-up or aerospace environment is a plus.
- Strong experience with Avionics
- Must be a US citizen
